Dana has worked as an occupational therapist in multiple therapy settings since 1998, including early intervention, school-based, in-patient and outpatient clinics.  She graduated with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Charlote and a Master's of Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern Maine.  Dana has extensive experience treating clients with Sensory Processing Disorders, in addition to fine motor, visual perceptual, and executive function deficits.  Her passion is to help children and families live, love and learn by applying effective treatment strategies with fidelity.  Dana uses various protocols and strategies, including Therapeutic Listening, Deep Pressure Proprioceptive Technique (DPPT), Zones of Regulation, Handwriting Without Tears, Keyboarding Without Tears, and Astronaut Training
