Sydney graduated from Indiana University receiving a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.  She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree from the University of South Florida in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been working as a Registered Behavior Technician for over two years and plans to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst upon graduation. She has a passion and commitment to helping her clients acquire skills to be independent and advocate for themselves. She believes there is nothing more fulfilling than watching her clients gain confidence in their unique abilities.
